Collegiate Sports Medicine (RD Campus)

Dylan Holz

Dylan was born and raised in the Okanagan Valley in the small town of Osoyoos, BC.

Dylan started his journey towards being a physiotherapist by first studying at the University of Victoria. From there, he transferred to the University of Calgary where he completed his Bachelors of Kinesiology in 2017. Dylan completed his physiotherapy training at the University of Alberta at the Edmonton campus.

An active person throughout his life, Dylan enjoys the thrill of playing hockey during the winter and is an avid golfer during the summer. In between, Dylan can frequently be seen at the gym where he enjoys weightlifting. He also enjoys playing baseball, bouldering, and is looking forward to trying skiing or snowboarding soon.

Dylan likes to use an approach that combines both exercise and manual therapy and looks at the whole picture of the injury. Through his athletic background, he pulls experiences from his past to help educate and rehabilitate his patients.

Dylan joined the Collegiate Sports Medicine (Red Deer Campus) team as a physical therapist in January 2019.
