Collegiate Sports Medicine is a private, locally owned Sports Medicine Clinic, with 3 locations serving Central Alberta since 2003. We are currently looking for a new grad or experienced physiotherapist to work alongside our dedicated team of collaborative practitioners committed to mentoring, sharing knowledge & promoting wellness, for the benefit of our clients.
Our strong management & administrative team are highly experienced in helping to support you and build your caseload quickly.
What We Offer:
- Salary for full-time position is $90,000-120,000/year (depending on experience), contract agreements also available (Open to part-time)
- Minimum 2 weeks paid vacation
- Continuing Education Fund ($2000) annually, plus an additional $10,000 PD Grant available, including paid time off.
- Performance Compensation
- Max 2 patients/hour (60 min assessments & 30 min follow-ups)
- Guaranteed new assessments to build your caseload quickly and maintain it
- Access to technology and equipment including hydraulic tables, technological solutions, digital charting/exercise programs, and private assessment rooms
- Superior administrative & clinic support
- Collaborate with Physiotherapists, Athletic Therapists, Massage Therapists, Manual Osteopath & Nutritional Counsellor
- Mentorship plan – built around your needs & what works for you
Who You Are:
- The successful candidate will possess treatment standards & patient education requirements aligned with Collegiate Sports Medicine philosophies.
- New grads & experienced applicants
- Licensed with the College of Physical Therapists of Alberta (CPTA)
- Focus on active-based rehab programs and patient education with a team approach
- Interest/experience in sports therapy/medicine, acute care, industrial rehabilitation, and/or private practice.

- The Olds clinic, which is newly located & newly renovated in beautiful Olds, AB
