Join Our Growing Team! We are currently looking for a new grad or experienced physiotherapist to work alongside our dedicated team of collaborative practitioners. We have a super-star team of Physiotherapists, Athletic Therapists, Massage Therapists, Manual osteopaths, Craniosacral Therapists & Nutrition Counsellors committed to mentoring, sharing knowledge & promoting wellness, for the benefits of our clients. Our strong management (20yrs +) & administrative team are highly experienced in helping support you and build your caseload quickly.
What We Offer You:
- $10,000 Recruitment Incentive &/or Relocation Assistance: We support your transition to our vibrant community.
- Competitive Compensation: $90,000 to $120,000 per year (experience-dependent) for full-time positions, contract agreements also available. (Open to part-time)

- Continuing Education Fund: Receive $2000 annually, including paid time off for learning opportunities. Access to $10,000 in PD Grants is also available.

- Manageable Caseload: Max of 2 clients per hour for quality care.

- Clinical Mentorship: Regular meetings to facilitate growth and development.
- Guaranteed New Assessments: Ensure a quick caseload buildup and its maintenance.
- State-of-the-Art Technology & Equipment: Access hydraulic tables, technological solutions, digital charting/exercise programs, and private assessment rooms to enhance your practice.
Qualifications:
- Aligned with Collegiate Sports Medicine treatment standards and client education philosophies.
- New graduates and experienced applicants are welcome.
- Licensed with the College of Physical Therapists of Alberta (CPTA).
- Emphasis on active-based rehab programs, client education, and a collaborative team approach.
- Interest or experience in sports therapy/medicine, acute care, industrial rehabilitation, and/or private practice.
