Lanna Richmond

Registered Massage Therapist
Collegiate Sports Medicine (Red Deer Main)

Lanna Richmond, RMT

Lanna found her way to the Collegiate team on a chilly day in November 2009 bringing her passion to make a difference in the lives of others each day.

Lanna grew up and resides in Red Deer and her first careers were in the banking industry and office manager in the oilfield. With the support and encouragement from family and friends she took her passion to help others to pursue her training in Massage.
Lanna trained at the Marchand Institute of Sport and Deep Tissue Massage in Red Deer. She has also taken courses in Indian Head Massage, Myofascial Cupping, Rapid Adhesion Release and attended the Brandon Raynor’s School of Natural Therapies. She has also taken a course in neuromuscular therapy for neck and TMJ.

Her expertise in performing deep tissue and trigger point in her treatments with stretches and a relaxation aspect keeps her clients coming back. Her passion is working the body as a whole, incorporating her interest in energy meridians, acupressure and releasing blockages.
New to Lanna’s tool box is her work with ANF (Amino Neuro Frequency Therapy) and it’s effective with managing pain and inflammation.

When not at the clinic Lanna values time with her family, friends and living an active life. Her spunky enthusiasm to kick her own butt at the gym continues to keep our Collegiate team inspired.

Lanna joined Collegiate Red Deer Main as a Massage Therapist in November 2009.
